Effortless Mango Pineapple Smoothie [No Knife Required]

Easiest Mango Pineapple Smoothie - no cutting no chopping required! This recipe uses frozen mango and canned pineapple. If you want to use fresh mango or pineapple, feel free to swap ingredients. In addition, if you have more access to canned mango, that is fine as well. Just be sure to drain the juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mango chunks, Frozen
  • 1 cup Pineapple, canned, drained any form, chunks, rings, or crushed
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk, unsweetened find this in the canned form
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Can Opener

Method
 

  1. Add mango, pineapple, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and ginger to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the ice to the blender and blend again until the smoothie is thick and frosty.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
  5. Garnish with coconut flakes [optional].
